"I act as your coach, offering tools and strategies as well as insights and feedback to assist you in reaching your goals and improve the quality of your life. I use an integral, holistic approach with clients, mindful of each aspect of Self, including mind, body, spirit, and emotions. I work with clients on each of these levels to achieve the growth and healing they desire. I believe that therapy is a collaborative and dynamic partnership, and that the therapist-client relationship is sacred, the foundation for healing to take place. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, insightful, and direct while providing a safe and comfortable environment to work. Each client is unique,and I tailor my approach accordingly. I use deep listening as a foundational tool in the counseling process as I know that having someone witness our experiences and validate and honor them is both powerful and transformational. I also offer my feedback/insights and concrete tools to assist you in accessing your own inner wisdom. I've worked in the psychology field for over 15 years in various settings with many different clients/issues, and I can say I truly love the work I do. I've done my own healing work which I believe lends itself to being a more effective and present therapist."
