I would prefer to just list basic information about myself. Can I do that? |
Absolutely. The only information we require each counselor to provide is information that helps people to find the right counselor for them. This includes location, phone number, gender, average cost per session, years in practice, insurance acceptance, sliding scale, e-therapy and languages spoken. Everything else is purely optional. |
How often can I update my profile information? |
As often as you'd like. You can access your profile 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can make as many changes to it as many times as you'd like. |
Is it easy to cancel my account if I am unhappy with the service? |
While we hope that we will be able to resolve any issues or concerns you have with your account, cancelling your account with us is very simple. You can just login with the username and password you were assigned and cancel. |
